Welcome to Unlocking Leadership, where the path to exceptional leadership begins with self-discovery.  I am dedicated to empowering executives, teams, and individuals to achieve breakthrough performance by mastering the energy patterns that define their leadership impact.  The Unlocking Leadership methodology grew from my own journey --navigating corporate leadership while transforming challenges into professional strengths.  Through this work, I discovered that leadership excellence isn't about techniques or strategies alone, but about the awareness that allows us to choose how we show up in every moment.

My approach is built on the Leadership Impact Framework, which identifies seven distinct energy levels that determine our effectiveness as leaders.  By recognizing where you currently operate and understanding how to intentionally shift to higher energy states, you gain the power to transform not only your leadership, but your entire life experience.

As a certified coach with extensive executive experience, I provide a unique blend of corporate wisdom and transformational insight.  My clients to learn to recognize reactive patterns, make conscious choices, and create the intentional impact they've always envisioned - both for themselves and those they lead.
